Hello Doctor, Since last couple of days, my foreskin shows cracks and pains a lot when stretched back. Please suggest.

Hello.. It's possible due to excessive dryness... I hope there is no itching or discharge coming out of it...just moisturise it...try wearing loose inners...hydrate your body well..there is nothing to painic about it...it will resolve...thank you
