I feel.like there is something in my eyes something like a foreign particle when I blink

if it has started  suddenly  especially after driving  then it is a foreign body.in this situation you must cnsult an ophthalmologist. otherwise it may be simple dryness, for which you can use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily
