In my forehead since 1-2 years, many tiny-tiny dots like pimple is there. In summer time it appears more in number and also it increase and decrease by own. When I googled about it I found that it may be lichen nitidus because it seems to be like that. I also posted the picture below of my forehead by marking the area where dots can be seen clearly. Kindly suggest some ointments or home remedies for that.
