Urine report shows blood - PRESENT 1+ Leukocytes- +-cal 15 red blood cell -8-10range sir i use to run daily, 3 day before i had pain  in my lower back right side during running but i keep going on and i was urging to pee, since than i am facing pain in lower back and have to force myself for urinating. sir 3 din pehle running karte me right side pain utha lower back me tabse ruk nahi rha pain, or toilet karne me force lagana pad rha h or lower back right side pain bhi h
