My doctor suggest me bramhi vati tab. and saaraswatarishtha syrup for depression,anxiety,fear,feeling nervous,increasing memory power problem. when i purchase it medical store owner gives me bramhi vati tablet budhdhiwardhak shankhpushpi and vacha yukta so my question is that bramhi vati budhdhivardhak tablets are works for depression,anxiety problem...??

First of all u should follow ur physician's advice. Medical store should not serve beyond prescription. Otherwisethe treatment will never give u the desired cure.
