For mild temperature

Mild temperature occurs viz 98.6 degree farenheit after one or one and half month this occurs.When i take p650 these temperature drops down after 1 day.Do i need any medicine please recommend.I feel chill that time.

98.6 is normal only Chills ? Get a urine routine and CBC to rule out any pathology if at all
