My egg has been ruptured my doctor said on my 12th day you have inter course and day13 you take ibiggest 100mg tablet for 15 days...my doubt is we can do intercouse are not in between these 15days

Ya you can do  no problem .But during ovulation time it is compulsory to have relation.Wsit till next cycle and do pregnancy test either by urine or blood after crossing the due date.
