Hello dr., can mk7 , vit k2 taking alone will help the bone,  joints or it should be taken with calcium ? I have arthritis..and I take gemcal once a week  .  cant take everyday as it gives bloating.  Many other calcium tablets too tried, but bloating happens... I have ordered d3+k2 as mk7 gummies...and it says good for increasing bmd . Will this work ?? Thanks.

First you need to get investigated for BMD. Second, only calcium+vit d3 won't suffice.
Next Steps
Consult after that.

It would depend on why you were prescribed the medicine. None of the medicines you have mentioned will help with arthritis. If calcium supplements are causing bloating then you can try other formulations. Citrate or ascorbate cause less GI symptoms.

Hello. Taking gemcal once a week s inadequate. Try Some other brands too. Take 2 hrs after meals. Gummies seems fine. But the medicines which increase bmd are little different ( bisphosphonates / teriparatide). Please visit hospital to give u the right prescription. Regards

You need a DEXA scan for BMD. And further treatment will be based on that. Calcium and vit D are supplementation for increasing bmd and not the real tretment to increase bmd
