Which medicine is better for Anxiety/depression/ panic attack, Medhavavti, Himalayas Mentat or Manasmitra . Currently taken Medhavavti with Saraswatarishta.

Hello dear don't worry Take Medha Vati 2 tabs bid with milk along with Saraswatarist 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals
