It takes time to regularise cycle when periods come first time.sometimes periods will come early sometimes late sometimes intermenstrual spotting. Don't take stress. Follow healthy lifestyle, low carbohydrate and high protein diet.Avoid refined carbohydrates.Regular exercise and fiber rich diet.
