Avoid all exercises till relief. Tk only physiotherapy treatment after relief start stretching exercises. Avoid neck bending computer work. Long sitting

Dear Madam, I can understand your problem. Shoulder pain can originate from the cervical spine or from the shoulder itself. However I cannot be certain unless examined.
