Behalf of my in law am writing this. Foot was swelled an year ago. Now it is getting more. So need a general check if needed we can discuss further.

This definitely need full check up . What's the blood pressure levels ? Any uric acid problem? Varicose veins ? Is kidney function tests normal. Many questions need to be answered .
