Foot swelling and foot pain

Hi Sir/ma'am, My right foot has been paining for the last 4/5 days and also it has swollen little bit. This problem gets aggravated when I go for a walk in the morning and in the evening. I have applied ice pack and moov also however the problem has not resolved. Can you please let me know what I should do for my foot pain and the foot swelling and should I stop walking in the morning and evening for some days? Please do let me know. Kind Regards, Manas.
