Dear doctor last 4months onwards am getting pain in foot sides i have attached pic which is got from google as it is am getting pain foot sides and toes . Before managable now cant able to manage cant walk and my foot sides getting dark and pain ,, what is my next step to do??? History Delivered 15months ago

Could be because of vitamin d deficiency. Take vitamin d supplements Use soft cushioned footwear Use heating pads twice daily Avoid walking on uneven surfaces and using stairs.
