Foot Pain in foot arch

I have a sharp pain on the arch of my right foot. It doesn't hurt when I walk—it's no hindrance to anything; however it hurts really bad if I poke it with my finger. What can it be? I am not flat-footed. This has been going on for a little over a year.

I think you should visit a qualified homeopathic doctor and consult your problems Thanks
