Getting foot joint pain and swelling . Sometime fingers and wrist also get swelling and pain . It increases at night

Uric acid estimation to be done in serum.if it is elevated,.febuxostat 40-80mgod after dinner dependiñg  on the level of increment .NSAIDS prednisolone may be required to get relief from pain. Water intake to be increased. .
