Here are a few tips that will help you:-
Eat small frequent meals. After every 2 -3 hours
Exercise daily for an hour
Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle)
Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast
Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc.
Drink approx. 3 l water daily
Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet
avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods

Also the above foods do not agree with weight loss so you can restrict them, but do not eliminate it totally. Small portions mixed with other food in cooked form is fine. Milk (Cows), Spinach, Tomato are fine for weight loss but in small amounts should not be a problem. Try to take 1 at a time not all together.
