Follicule rupture query

Today is my 10th day and my follicule size is 2.3 cm and 2.1 cm.. doctor prescribed be HCG 10000 iu.. but want to know on same day can u take 5000 Iu more or need to wait till 40 hours. After that only I can take.. as I have history I required 2 injection all time.. please suggest what should be follicule size with letroz consider normal
