Today is day 14 and my doctor suggested me to try naturally for conception. However, I went for follicular scan and there is a dominant follicle of 11 x 9mm . Please check my reports and let me know if I still have PCOD and also let me know if follicle size increases. Is everything normal , please check and suggests foods for natural conception

Left ovary has a good follicle. Do Urine testing with LH kit for testing ovulation and timed intercourses
