Follicular Study Report

I am planning for baby so I consulted one gynaecologist regarding the same. As per her suggestions I went through follicular study test and according to her my report is not so good. Report is showing less egg and fibroid so I am very scared about my pregnancy. Please suggest me what I have to do. Is it curable or not. Please have a look on attached report.

Fibroid is not a matter of concern It is outside the uterine cavity in the size is small This will not interfere with your chances of getting pregnant As per the follicular monitoring report there is no egg that is being formed You can connect for the prescription for ovulation induction
