I am having pcod.took tab letrozole 5mg.follicular study going. On 19 day my follicle size is 19mm.ovulation will take place by its own or I have to take any injection for ovulation

You have to take injection for rupture of egg.Because follicle has matured enough after injection again ultrasonography then meet with partner .In this stage endometrial support with progesterone is also compulsory.Do pregnancy test on 25 th day of period.
