Follicular study and follicle growth

Hello i am trying to conceive. this is my 3rd follicular study going on. previous 2 studies were based on natural cycle and follicle ruptured on 23rd day and 19th day respectively. this time my doctor gave me letroz from day 2 of cycle. today is 13th day and my follicle has grown up to 30×22 mm but has not ruptured yet. in natural cycles my follicle used to rupture as soon as it got 20mm in size. so why has it not ruptured yet this time? pls give me some insight.

Should have taken trigger injection for ovulation

Hormone manipulations do not always go as we have planned. If there is no ovulation, we need to cancel this cycle and opt for different approach later
