  4. Follicular rupture. Doctor said is okay?

My wife has taken letrozole 5mg for 5 days and after then we started follicular study 1st time 2 follicles were obs F1=18mm and F2=22mm but Doctor suggested to wait for one alternate day for follicle rupture but at that day follicular study was F=22mm and F2=24mm . our doctor said that the follicle size is increased and is not ok for fertilization so she did not gaved HCG injection for rupture. Is our doctor said is okay ??

It's actually  hyperstimulation Follicle didn't ruptured It will regress Why 5mg u have to start with 2.5mg
