Follicle growth not seen on DAY 14

Hi, Went for scan on DAY 11th doctor said growth is 9 MM ( or no growth) and again went for scan on 14th day doctor said no dominant follicle seen (no growth). Asked us to come again on next cycle day 2,3 cycle for birth control pill treatment . Kindly suggest i will not be able to conceive naturally as dominate follicles are not seen because of PCOS? In the current cycle i do not have chance of conceiving?

Next cycle you can go for ovulation induction medications so that follicles are formed

If the egg is not being form chances of pregnancy this cycle are unlikely U can try ovalution induction next cycle
