What is the difference between fol 123 vs fol 123 mf. Which one can used as a supplement during pregnancy

The difference is that Fol 123 mf contains Methyl folate, Methyl Cobalamine, Pyridoxine, DHA and it has iodine. Fol 123 is Methyl folate. Perhaps MF stands for Mother and Foetus. Both work for Obstetric cases because our aim is to give Folic acid. Fol 123 MF is 5-6 times more expensive than Folic acid.
