1.What is the minimum and maximum months, for  consumption of folic acid tablet, before pregnancy?.

Folic acid tablet is just a vitamin tablet which can be consumed by women. there is no possibility of overdose because it is just 5 mg which is given so you can continue as long as you want and minimum period of three months prior to planning pregnancy will help in producing a better quality egg
