My folic acid is only 0.24 ng/ml. My vitamin B3 is also only 0.38 ng/ml What tablet dosage should i take per day to get it back to normal...

Isolated folic acid deficiency is rare, It is with VitB12 deficiency and linked more to malabsorption than decreased dietary intake.
