My glasses are having fog even at room temperature and even when I'm not wearing mask. What might be the reason for that?

Sometimes  glasses frame design also lead to such problem . Can try antifog glasses.

Hi..difficult to say why u r getting it.AC environment? Temperature changes ? You can try anti fog lenses and see.. Can go for contact lenses Refractive correction etc..
