Pls find attach report, Kindly advice for treatment. Earlier IVF was done but pregnancy was not happened. Now does not want to get pragnant. Kindly advice the best possible treatment for adenomyoma.

Please attach pictures of your scan as well, report is not very clear . It's confusing fibroid with focal adenomyosis?

Lot of treatment options are available for adenomyoma .. including medications ,laproscopic adenomyomectomy or mirena or LNG IUCD insertion.. If you are not planning pregnancy best treatment is mirena insertion as of now
