Some times I donot have foamy urine rest times it is foamy. I wanted to ask how long temporary rise in protein is there( if linked to uti).

Creatinine of 1.3 is not very high but need to be evaluated for reversibility. There are certain test like PTH level, USG kidneys, used to find out the reversibility. Contact me for further advice.
