Foamy Urine

For the past year, I have noticed bubbles in my urine.  In Jan, complete blood work and urine R/M were normal, including KFT and HbA1c.  Abdominal ultrasound was also normal then.  Recently repeated tests on 20 Sept 25: UACR, 24-hr urine protein, KFT, HbA1c, BSF—all normal.  BP consistently 110/70 mmHg.  Height: 5’8”, Weight: 74 kg.  Recent results:  BSF: 87, HbA1c: 5.2 ;  24-hr urine protein: 110.2 mg/day, Protein: 2.90 mg/dL, Total volume: 3800 mL;  UACR: 2.12 mg/gm.Creatinine , MicroAlb-0.13 mg/dl, Urinary Creatinine -61.22 mg/dl; Lifestyle: brisk walk 32 min + strength training 45 min 5 day a week.  Diet: vegetarian, protein ~70 g/day from sprouts, milk, paneer; No Protein Powders or Supplements.  ALL REPORTS ARE ATTACHED HEREWITH.  With all reports being Normal do I need to worry about bubbles? Please help 🙏
