Though the company advocates that it is fit for long term use But In many of my patients i have noticed rise of iop,few as young as 18 or 20 yrs. So I won't advice you to use it for a longer time.

long term usage of steroidal eyedrop is not safe unless warranted by specific conditions confirmed by your eye specialist.
Next Steps
you should revisit your prescribing eye doctor and ask them to tell you weather your eye condition needs its continuation or not
Health Tips
many NON STEROIDAL eye preparations are there too in the market which are safer to be used over a longer period of time
