Fluid and infection

Hello Doctors, Good afternoon and hope all of you are doing good. Also would like to say thnx to all of your services. I have a small query. Would you pls let me know whenever there's an infection in the body or any inflammation benign I mean to say why do doctors recommend to drink plenty of fluids.. What happens to those bacteria when fluids as water intake more n more is consumed? Pls reply Thnx in advance

Fluids give Immunity to fight against bacteria.. More than 75%of our body fluids is water... So drinking water helps to avoid dehydration caused due to infection of any sort and helps in fast recovery
