Fluctuating creatinine levels
I had two serum creat tests one in morning and other in evening and there's a massive fluctuation last month my creat was 0.7 and after one month today in morning it was 0.9 ..I got scared with increase in creat and hence repeated test again in the evening and now it's 0.5 which shows it's less than reference value..what should I do should I
consult nephrologist or is it normal ..I am sharing both the reports ...kindly help me doctor
Your all reports are within normal limits. For complete evaluation of kidney Ultrasound KUB, urine routine examination and complete KFT should be done. Consult a Nephrologist for further advice.

If ur concern is only the creatinine value, no need to visit the nephrologist. Creatinine can vary by the time of the day, ur hydration, muscle mass, level of physical activity, protein intake. As long it's within the reference value don't worry
