Last two days back I have a high fever and cold with body pains. I took DOLO tablet. from yesterday onwards I don't have a fever and body pains, but started cough. Now I'm in home quarantine. Please confirm is this Covid or Flu? If it is Covid please suggest some tablets. Thanks in advance.
