How safe is it to fly intentionally in first trimester. My sister has to travel to Spain in February 2017 and will be roughly around 14 weeks.

If it is uncomplicated pregnancy then you can travel it is better to consult your Gynae before flight

Hi, it is  almost safe to go by flight . But if in ultrasound everything fine. Tell her to meet gynaecologist before she left.
