Since one month,on and off my right eye keeps flickering,I don't know what's the reason,it is unusual..,except this ,I don't observe any problem ..but flickering has become very frequent now a days

Pl take rest,balanced diet.pl take tab.calcium,and bcomplex, regularly. Pl reduce screen time. Pl do Yoga,meditation and pranayama. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
