I have some kidney problem.I dont know what exactly the problem is..but my doctor told me that I had problem.Now I want to take flax seeds in my diet.Is it safe to take flax seeds in any type of kidney problem?Please let me know.. Thanks in advance..

you can take flax seed capsules as they are in exact therapeutic range. otherwise you could be taking excesss
