I had fde to antibiotic which i was taking for gingivitis now it's 6 months my pigmentation has lightened but it's not going completely ...I have been told that it's permanent ....will it never go away...what should I try to remove it ...currently I am taking mesotherapy for hyperpigmentation...will laser be effective also how many sessions are required and can it be permanently be removed or will I have it for rest of my life

Pigmentation after fde is very resistant to treatment. It may not go away completely. You can get laser done. Number of sessions depends on the result after 2-3 sessions. There are other topical treatments available to reduce pigmentation but the results are variable.
