Pigmentation remained after an episode of FDE will be permanent. Usually difficult to treat with creams. Q switched Nd yag can be tried. It doesnot go with one sitting.

Pigmentation after fde is persistant and is very difficult to treat. Have repeat sessions of nd yag laser. Sometimes settings of laser need to be changed for result. Iv glutathiona will not help.

Iv glutathione here will be of no use. One session of nd yag laser doesn't give much result you may require many sessions. You may consider online consultation for proper treatment
