Sir/ma'am I am diagnosed with fitsula in ano at 1o clock position, 6mm from anal verge to root of scortum. It's draining smelly liquid and blood also. Is this malignant? Does fitsula turn into malignant within 6to 12 months of discovery? Kindly guide , i am very stressed.
