Hello sir How to know how many routes are there iny fistula, im currently under kshar sutra treatment and after a mouth close another came out please help im really depressed

For fistula complete cure is only by surgery. It can't be cured by medical management. Surgery for fistula is a very common procedure, so you do not have to worry of any complications.
