I underwent my left ischio rectul abscess surgery eight months ago it healed almost but at  a point still discharge of pus is observed two months ago MRI of fistulogram is done a Fistula of 3.5cm track and low anal fistula with internal opening are found am undergoing kshar sutra treatment how long it takes to heal it completely
