Fissure. Unable to apply tube.

My friend got fissure problem. She is not able to apply the tube at the spot. Any other solutions or opinions are there. Any thing if she can put on water and seat in? Would be easy for her. Please guide

Ask her to take warm Sitz bath means Sitting in warm water after potty To water add Dettol or Savlon. Apply SMUTH OINTMENT Locally. Avoid constipation by Hifibre diet and lots of liquids.
