In last 8 months sometimes I suffered anal pain and sometimes not. So last week I consulted a colo rectal surgeon, he examined and told me that I have fissure and piles. He said it must be treated, and he wants do laser treatment for fissure. After getting some knowledge from Internet, In my self examination I found a skin tag or sentinental pile at post anal verge (I think it is chronic fissure). Now I am getting pain when pooping that too a little. Now I want a clear information about 1) The laser treatment for fissure, Is there any occurrence of Incontinence(which may occur in Sphincterotomy and in LIS) and recurrence of fissure is possible after laser treatment. I 2)What is the process of ksharasutra treatment for fissure and time of treatment. Please give some clarity on above, I am in confusion.
