Fissure in ano
I've been having the problem of burning sensation in my anus for past 2 years now. But lately when I had diarrhea for 4 days the burning and bleeding has started, its not stopping inspite of consulting a proctologist. I am under his observation since week and his medicines are on. But still after sitz bath, tablets and ointment,the pain and suffering is there. Please help.
According to history available,you seem to be suffering from anal fissure.Acute fissure usually heals with the medications but in certain cases,if there is severe anal spasm because of fissure,may require minor surgery to relax the spasm which helps in healing of anal fissure.

[ ] Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath three times a day. Feel free to ask any further quary.
