Age 50 diabetes male... A small fissure but unbearable pain  taking pain killers from 2 days and sitting in hot water applying sitcom Ld ointment but no relief.one doctor said surgery not required... What to do now? Is surgery recommend? If yes surgery costs around?

Most of the early fissures can be treated by medication only. But for Acute condition and for chronic fissures surgery gives satisfactory  relief.
