I have a healing fissure. It's been a month and a half, and now, i do not have any paid or irritation. I use Ruticool ointment 3 times a day. Now that my fissure is healing, should i reduce the usage of the cream? What should be the dosage for the next month?

If you r healing then you can continue as dose of 3 time per day until complete healing . of you have  any discomfort by that Ointment then you can reduce or change the Ointment.
Next Steps
You can continue 2 time from next month if heal approximately good.
