Fresh water fish is very safe in pregnancy. One of the good sources of protein . Sea fish is avoided by people as it is known to have high levels of contamination by heavy metals like lead and arsenic . But this isn’t proven .
So have fish especially the large fishes . It’s rich in proteins and omega 3 FA and low in fats
