First period after delivery
Hi dr
16Oct 2018 was my last c section delivery.first one was also c section delivery. After stopping breastfeeding i got my first period on May17th. The problem is still i am bleeding. Little strain is also causing backpain and spottings everyday. Can you tell why is this happening for 40days to me.

First periods after cesarean or delivery is usually expected to b heavy .. however this s too prolonged..u need to rule out pregnancy ,cyst n ovary , hormonal imbalance etc.
Get done ultrasound pelvis as baseline and urine pregnancy test too
